Questions, answered

How does escrow work?

You pay zafue, not the seller. zafue holds your payment for the whole warranty, and if nothing is reported, pays the seller when it ends. There's no early release, even if you confirm.

Which payment methods do you accept?

USDC and USDT at checkout (Tron, Solana or Base). Paying with PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle or Venmo through zafue on Discord is coming soon.

What does the warranty cover?

The seller pulling the account back, a ban caused by something the seller did, or the account not being as described. Bans from ignoring the seller's instructions and accounts you've resold aren't covered.

What if something goes wrong?

Report it from your order page. You have 72 hours to report anything not as described, and the full warranty for pullbacks. Your money stays in escrow while a real person checks it.

Can the account get banned?

Most games don't allow account trading, so there's always some risk. Follow the seller's instructions — bans the seller caused are covered by the warranty.
