Terms of Service

These are the rules for using the zafue marketplace. Please read them before you buy or sell. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
zafue is run by [legal name of the person or business running zafue], based in [country]. In these terms, "zafue", "we" and "us" mean them, and "you" means you.
To contact us, email [contact email] or open a ticket in the zafue Discord.
zafue isn't part of, or approved by, Roblox or the makers of BlockSpin.
What zafue does
zafue is a marketplace for custom BlockSpin accounts. Sellers that zafue has approved list accounts for sale. Buyers pay zafue, not the seller. zafue holds the money until the account's warranty ends, then pays the seller.
zafue doesn't own the accounts listed. Each listing is written by its seller. zafue runs some checks on listings, but it can't check every detail.
Your account
You can sign up with your email address (we send you a 6-digit code to log in) or with Discord.
You must be at least [minimum age] to use zafue.
Keep your email and Discord account secure: anyone who can get into them can log in to zafue as you. zafue will never DM you or ask you for a login code.
Usernames can't pretend to be zafue staff.
Buying an account
Prices are shown in pounds (GBP). You pay in crypto: USDT (on Tron or Solana) or USDC (on Solana or Base). Checkout turns the price into a coin amount at zafue's current exchange rate, and adds a few unique digits at the end so we can tell your payment apart from everyone else's. You pay the amount shown at checkout.
zafue doesn't charge buyers a fee. You pay your own network fee when you send the payment.
When you press Buy now, the account is held for you for 30 minutes. In that time, send the exact amount shown, in the coin and network shown, to the address on the checkout page. If you haven't paid or pasted a transaction ID by then, the checkout expires and the account goes back on sale. If you'd already paid, paste your transaction ID on the checkout page and zafue will check it by hand.
Your logins unlock on your order page once your payment is confirmed: automatically when the exact amount arrives, or by zafue checking it by hand.
Escrow and the warranty
Every listing has a warranty of 7, 14 or 30 days, chosen by the seller and shown on the listing. zafue holds your payment for the whole warranty. There's no early release, even if you tell us everything is fine.
The warranty covers:
- the seller pulling the account back, at any time during the warranty
- a ban caused by something the seller did, at any time during the warranty
- the account not being as described (and not changed by you), if you report it within 72 hours of your payment being confirmed
It doesn't cover:
- bans from ignoring the seller's instructions
- accounts you've sold or given to someone else
- problems reported after the warranty ends
How to report a problem, and what happens next, is explained in the Refund Policy. If nothing is reported before the warranty ends, the order is complete and zafue pays the seller.
You can leave a review once an order is complete, one per order.
Selling an account
To sell, apply on the Sell page. zafue approves each seller by hand and can turn an application down.
Before your first listing goes live you pay zafue a seller deposit of £25. For now you arrange this in a Discord ticket. zafue keeps the deposit if you're banned. Otherwise it's returned [when deposits are returned — for example, when a seller stops selling and has no open orders].
Until zafue has verified your ID, each listing can be priced at up to £40. No listing can be priced over £5,000.
Every listing must give the buyer full access: the original email with its password, all recovery details, and 2-step verification turned off so the buyer can set up their own. The logins you enter are encrypted and are shown to the buyer automatically once their payment is confirmed. You can't change a listing once it's reserved or sold.
Some listings are held for zafue to review before they go live: ones priced under £10 or far below similar listings, and Roblox accounts that are on another listing or were sold on zafue before. Anyone signed in can report a listing as their stolen account. If it's on sale, it's hidden until zafue has looked into it.
Seller rules
When you publish a listing, you agree that:
- the account is yours to sell, and isn't stolen or shared with anyone else
- the listing describes the account honestly, and the screenshots show the account you're selling
- you've included everything the buyer needs to own the account
- you won't log back in, recover or pull back the account after it's sold
- you'll keep the deal on zafue and won't ask the buyer to pay you some other way
If you pull an account back, you're banned for good. The buyer is refunded, your deposit is kept, your listings are hidden and any unpaid checkouts on them are cancelled. zafue can also ban a seller when a reported problem turns out to be the seller's fault.
Fees and payouts
zafue's fee is 10% of each sale, and it's paid by the seller. You get the other 90%.
Your payout is 90% of the crypto zafue actually received for the order (USDT and USDC count as equal). It's sent once the warranty ends with no open problem, to the payout wallet you set in your dashboard, in the coin and network you chose there. zafue sends payouts by hand, [how soon after the warranty ends payouts are sent — for example, within 2 days].
If the buyer reports a problem, your payout waits until zafue decides. If the buyer is refunded, there's no payout for that order.
Check your payout wallet carefully. A payout sent to the address you gave us can't be taken back.
What you must not do
- buy or sell stolen accounts, or accounts you don't have the right to sell
- use zafue for fraud, or to pay with money or crypto that isn't yours
- try to get around escrow, for example by taking payment outside zafue
- upload anything illegal, or other people's personal details
- try to break, overload or get into parts of the site you're not meant to
If you break these terms, zafue can remove your listings, cancel unpaid orders and ban your seller account.
Risks you should know about
Roblox's own rules may not allow accounts to be sold or handed over, so there's always a risk that Roblox bans an account. The warranty only covers bans caused by the seller.
Crypto payments are final once sent, and network fees are set by the network, not by zafue.
What zafue is responsible for
zafue holds buyers' payments safely during the warranty and decides reported problems fairly, based on what both sides show us.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If we make an important change, we'll announce it in the zafue Discord.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of [country or legal system — for example, England and Wales]. Disputes go to [which courts].
